Technical Support Specialist - Capital Markets, Monza-Brianza

Monza-Brianza, Italy

TAS SpA, a multinational company specializing in software solutions for electronic payments, financial markets, and systems for the Extended Enterprise, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for its Milan office. The role is within the Capital Markets business line, which focuses on developing products to support activities in national and international financial markets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer technical support requests via ticketing tools.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and testing activities, verifying application logs and databases.
  • Interact with assigned clients to gather and analyze requirements related to product evolutions.
  • Prepare reports related to ticket management and production issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of service levels.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in Fintech companies.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating system: shell commands and scripting.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, particularly Oracle: SQL queries and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with SQL Developer and VI tools.
  • Good command of English.
  • Functional knowledge of financial markets.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
