WorkSet GmbH is hiring in Italy.

We are actively looking for a level 1 IT support specialist in 20060, LOCALITA MALPAGA, MILANO, ITALY.

This is a full-time position offering an opportunity to deploy your knowledge where it's needed.

Provide support on the Client Windows platform, including desktop/end-user technologies, collaboration tools, mobile technologies, printing (laptop/mobile devices, video conferencing, network/remote access). This role works collaboratively with the Service Desk for end-user break/fix and other support functions.

Requirements:
  • Visa status: Unrestricted work permit in Italy
  • Language: Bilingual level or native in Italian, B2 level in English
  • Contract type: B2B, one year renewable
Qualifications and Responsibilities

We value candidates with the following qualities:

  • Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management
  • Fully bilingual in English & Italian
  • Hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting software and hardware
  • Knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts
  • Support for PC and peripherals, including Windows OS administration, anti-spyware, antivirus, and networking hardware
  • Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time
  • Preferably with an associate degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ / N+ Certification
  • Experience with Meeting Room support (VC, Projectors)
  • Knowledge of mobile systems: Android, iPhones, iPads, tablets
  • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools like ServiceNow
  • Experience with patching and cabling of copper and fiber connectivity
  • Quick learner
