Technical Sales Support Team Leader
In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your technical skills and knowledge and you will aid the Sales Support team by reacting to customer inquiries. As a Technical Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for ELSB/ELSP customers and business partners for technical request.The work model for the role is: LI-OnsiteYou will be mainly accountable for:• Providing internal and external Technical Sales Support (e.g. technical support, Technical Documentation) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase Customer Satisfaction.• Supporting customer during Pre sales / Post Sales technical inquiry.• Ensuring the resolution of customer issues (e.g. Technical Support, Technical Documentation) by coordinating with Product Marketing, Factories, Service, and other internal and/or external teams.• Recommending appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request.• Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process. Creating and maintaining a good relationship with customers and understands their needs.• Collaborating with Product Marketing and other internal teams to maintain and update technical documentations to increase self-service experience.• Representing the Voice of the Customer within local teams. Providing feedback to internal and external teams to promote alignment between process outputs and customer expectations.• Applying Safety Rules and Safe Practices, performing assigned tasks in a safe manner that will encourage others to exercise safety in their normal daily activities.
