We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Associate for the Southern Europe region. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.

You are expected to work within the internal TS team and must be based in Italy.

Location: Remote

Job descriptions:

1. Communicate with sales teams to promote the transformation of business opportunities.
2. Complete quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
3. Communicate with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions when necessary.
4. Analyze regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information.
5. Conduct market research on requirements, product competitiveness, and industry trends.
6. Support business travel to client meetings and company events as needed.
7. Support other business requirements when needed.

Your skills and experience:

1. PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields.
2. Experience in high-throughput sequencing preferred.
3. Excellent English communication skills (listening, verbal, written).
4. Proactive with a pioneering spirit.
5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7. Native or business-level proficiency in Italian.
