We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Associate for the Southern Europe region. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organisation, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.

You are expected to work within the internal TS team and must be based in Italy.

Location: Remote

Job descriptions:

• Responsible for communicating with sales teams to promote business opportunities, and completing quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
• Responsible for timely communication with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions when necessary.
• Support the analysis of regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information.
• Support market research and analysis on requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industrial technologies.
• Support business travel for client meetings and company events as needed.
• Support other business requirements when needed.

Your skills and experience:

• PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields.
• Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills in English (listening, verbal, and written).
• Proactive, pioneering spirit, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Native or business-level Italian speaking.
