We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support (associate level) for the Southern Europe region. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organization, and excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth. You are expected to work within the internal TS team and must be based in Italy.

Location : Remote

1. Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities, and complete quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
2. Communicate promptly with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions when necessary.
3. Support analysis of regional potential customer groups and gather relevant customer information.
4. Conduct market research and analysis on requirements, product competitiveness, and latest industry technologies.
5. Travel as needed to support client meetings and company events.
6. Assist with other business needs as required.

Your skills and experience :

1. PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
2. Excellent listening, verbal, and written English communication skills.
3. Proactive with a pioneering spirit. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
5. Native or business-level Italian language proficiency.
