We are recruiting for a Technical Support (associate level) for the Southern Europe region. This role requires collaboration, drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with various business sectors to deliver technical support that enhances customer satisfaction and promotes business growth. You must be based in Italy and work within the internal TS team.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with sales teams to promote business opportunities and achieve payment collection and settlement targets.
• Providing timely communication with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and offer solutions.
• Analyzing regional potential customer groups and collecting relevant information.
• Researching market requirements, product competitiveness, and industry trends.
• Traveling as needed for client meetings and company events.
• Supporting other business needs as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• PhD or M.S in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields. High-throughput sequencing experience is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive with a pioneering spirit, able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Native or business-level Italian speaking.
