We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support (associate level) position for the Southern Europe region. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors to deliver technical support activities aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and business growth. The successful candidate must be based in Italy and work remotely.

Location : Remote

• Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities and achieve quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
• Maintain timely communication with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions when necessary.
• Assist in analyzing regional potential customer groups and collecting relevant customer information.
• Support research and analysis on market requirements, product competitiveness, and latest industry technologies.
• Travel as needed to support client meetings and company events.
• Assist with other business needs as they arise.

Your skills and experience :

• PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written English communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a pioneering spirit. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Native or business-level fluency in Italian.
