We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support (Associate Level) for the Southern Europe region. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth. You are expected to work within the internal TS team and must be based in Italy.

Location : Remote

• Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities and achieve quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
• Maintain timely communication with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions when necessary.
• Assist in analyzing regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information.
• Support research on market requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industry technologies.
• Travel as needed to support client meetings and company events.
• Support other business needs as required.

Your skills and experience :

• PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written English communication skills.
• Proactive with a pioneering spirit. Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Native or business-level proficiency in Italian.
