The ideal candidate will possess a strong NGS background with a PhD or M.S. and demonstrate exceptional communication skills in English and Italian. We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Associate for the Southern Europe region. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organisation, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.

You are expected to work within the internal TS team and must be based in Italy.

Location: Remote

Job descriptions:

• Responsible for communicating with sales teams to promote the transformation of business opportunities, completing quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
• Responsible for timely communication with customers to solve pre-sales problems and providing customers with solutions when necessary.
• Support the analysis of regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information.
• Support dynamic research and analysis on market requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industrial science and technologies.
• Support business travel when required to support client meetings and company events.
• Support other business requirements when needed.

Your skills and experience:

• PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related majors.
• Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
• Outstanding listening, verbal, and written English communication skills.
• Proactive, pioneering spirit, and ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Native or business-level Italian speaking skills.
