In this role, you will collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional support and foster business growth. Ideal candidates will hold a PhD or M.S. in molecular biology or genetics and possess strong communication skills in both English and Italian, with a proactive and collaborative understanding of the NGS landscape.

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support (associate level) for the Southern Europe region. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organisation, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors to deliver technical support activities, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth. The successful candidate will work within the internal TS team and must be based in Italy.

Location : Remote

• Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities, and complete quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
• Maintain timely communication with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions when necessary.
• Assist in analyzing regional potential customer groups and collecting relevant customer information.
• Support market research and analysis on requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industry technologies.
• Travel as needed to support client meetings and company events.
• Support other business needs as they arise.

Your skills and experience :

• PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive attitude with a pioneering spirit. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Native or business-level proficiency in Italian.
