We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Associate for the Southern Europe region. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.

You are expected to work within the internal TS team and must be based in Italy.

Location: Remote

Job descriptions:

• Communicating with sales teams to promote business opportunities, and completing quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
• Timely communication with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions when necessary.
• Supporting analysis of regional potential customer groups and collecting relevant customer information.
• Supporting market research on requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industry technologies.
• Supporting business travel when required for client meetings and company events.
• Supporting other business needs as required.

Your skills and experience:

• PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields.
• Experience in high-throughput sequencing preferred.
• Outstanding listening, verbal, and written English communication skills.
• Proactive with a pioneering spirit.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Native or business-level Italian speaking.
