Responsibilities

1. Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives, diagnosing and mapping client requirements, articulating solution risks and barriers, recommending project approaches, preparing time and cost estimates, and planning the full project life cycle.
2. Prepare and deliver business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentations, and conducting proof-of-concept to demonstrate technical feasibility when necessary.
3. Propose technical solutions, oversee the selection of technologies, and estimate resources required to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
4. Complete technical documentation such as TOR, training materials, and site references.
5. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
6. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry, including pre-sales, with solid knowledge of network best practices. Thorough understanding of TCP/IP, including Proxy, firewall, IPS, endpoint security, APT, and SIEM.
7. Knowledge of network security.
8. Familiarity with mainstream network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Bluecoat, etc.), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of troubleshooting network and Sangfor products.
9. Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP, along with proven experience, are preferred.
10. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
