Job Description

The purpose of the position is to support our client's manufacturer in the management of requests for assistance, forwarded by its global network of Authorized Repairers through a dedicated ticketing platform.

The service is aimed at reducing the technical downtime of vehicles by increasing the efficiency of diagnoses concerning both malfunctions and difficulties in completing the installation of accessories approved for road and / or competitive use.

Main responsibilities
  • Analysis of emerging and / or recurring defects for the possible activation of preventive and / or corrective intervention procedures;
  • Development of the diagnostic system for new models;
  • Updating of existing diagnostic systems;
  • Face-to-face training of 1st and 2nd level technicians during the presentation events of the new models or on the occasion of the periodic refresher courses provided by the manufacturer;
  • Support to the Manufacturer in the development process of a new ticketing platform.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Agent within a Technical Helpdesk in the motorcycle or automotive field, as a diagnostic technician or Field Engineer in the automotive or motorcycle field will be considered as a preferential qualification;
  • Degree in Engineering is considered a preferential qualification;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Good knowledge of automotive technology;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written communication);
  • Precision and attention to detail;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to work without constant supervision.
