A global service provider seeks a Technical Support Agent in Milan to manage automotive technical requests, reduce vehicle downtime, and enhance diagnostic efficiency. Candidates should possess experience in technical helpdesk roles and hold an engineering degree. The position offers a hybrid working model, competitive salary, and a company laptop and phone.
The purpose of the position is to support our client's manufacturer in the management of requests for assistance, forwarded by its global network of Authorized Repairers through a dedicated ticketing platform.
The service is aimed at reducing the technical downtime of vehicles by increasing the efficiency of diagnoses concerning both malfunctions and difficulties in completing the installation of accessories approved for road and / or competitive use.
