Working Model : Full-time / Remote Work ((preferred base : Milan or Central Italy near Rome)

We are now seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our after-sales team in Italy . This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive excellent support for our renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or on-site when necessary

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to our inverters and energy storage products

Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues

Prepare and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and technical guides.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Report recurring technical issues and user feedback to product and R&D teams

Requirements :

Candidate preferred due to travel and fieldwork needs

language proficiency at B2 level or above; English proficiency is a plus

At least 6 months of experience in technical support, electrical engineering, or a related field

Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Italy

Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-oriented mindset
