The candidate will deliver technical support, communicate with sales teams, and conduct necessary research, all aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. This remote position requires a PhD or equivalent experience and proficiency in Italian.

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support (associate level) for the Southern Europe region. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth. Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities and achieve payment collection and settlement targets.
2. Support analysis of regional potential customer groups and gather relevant customer information.
3. Conduct research and analysis on market requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest technologies.
4. Travel as needed to support client meetings and company events.

Qualifications:

• PhD or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding listening, verbal, and written English communication skills.
• Native or business level proficiency in Italian.
