Keyline Industries - Technical Assistance Repair Specialist

Keyline Industries, a family-owned business with 2 production plants in Veneto, 9 subsidiaries across 3 continents, and over 200 employees, including a centralized R&D hub of 40 specialists, is a leading manufacturer of keys, key cutting machines, and transponders. The company also produces industrial automated machines for the security industry and home & building automation under the brands ACS and Allmatic.

We are seeking to strengthen our technical assistance team by hiring a Repair Specialist. The successful candidate will manage customer support and repair of duplicating machines, supporting both offices and international distributors.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The candidate should preferably have prior experience in technical support for electronic and mechanical machines, manual skills with bench tools, and a good understanding of computer systems and ticketing platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage repairs of duplicating machines in the designated laboratory
2. Handle returns and non-conformity claims
3. Ensure the proper functioning of after-sales technical services for distributors and end customers
4. Conduct periodic inventory checks
5. Oversee software updates and spare parts management during audits
6. Support colleagues in ticket management

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a technical field (electronics/mechatronics/electrical)
• Ability to read technical and mechanical drawings
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
• Proficiency in Windows environment and information systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of French language
• Experience with SAP management software
• Familiarity with Service Management Best Practices
• Previous experience in the hardware tools sector

Employment level and salary will be commensurate with previous experience.
