Role: Supply Chain Consultant in Technology – covering Supply Chain, Production, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and related systems such as MRP, MES, SCM, IBP, APO, WMS, EWM, TMS, OTM, TM, Inventory & Order Management, Demand Forecasting, S&OP, Sales & Operations, VMI, DRP, PLM, Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, MS Dynamics, SAP.

Location: Milan or Cuneo, Italy, with remote working and international travel.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead project delivery of ERP and other application systems solutions, including configuration, customizations, and integrations, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
2. Define the technology roadmap by working with stakeholders to identify system improvements.
3. Build strong relationships with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
4. Manage implementation projects for Production, Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing from inception to completion.
5. Provide expertise on ERP systems and recommend best practices for Supply Chain processes.

Desired Experience:

1. Extensive IT Business Partnering or Project Management experience in large, international FMCG, Retail, or IT consultancy environments.
2. Proven track record managing complex global technology projects in line with ITIL, especially in Supply Chain and ERP solutions like MS Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP.
3. Experience with various Supply Chain tools and processes; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
4. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, matrix organization, and to drive value from data and technology.
5. Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and delivering results.
