Technical Sites Projects Coordinator, Vicenza

AFV Beltrame Group is growing! We are seeking a:

The candidate will report directly to the Civil & Facility Manager and will collaborate in designing maintenance interventions, both routine and extraordinary, of a building nature.

• Assist in designing building-related projects and preparing related documentation;
• Plan site activities and develop work schedules, coordinating various operational phases;
• Verify and control the quality and proper execution of works, liaising with the Construction Management and contractors;
• Draft progress reports on work status;
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, collaborating with the Safety Coordinator and prevention and protection services;
• Assist in controlling construction site costs and monitoring expenses;
• Support in verifying construction site accounting.

We are looking for:

• Excellent knowledge of reading projects, technical drawings, bill of quantities, and proficiency in CAD software;
• Knowledge of building materials and construction technologies;
• Basic knowledge of urban and territorial planning;
• Experience in managing construction sites;
• Basic administrative skills and understanding of construction accounting;
• Good understanding of safety regulations in workplaces (D.lgs. 81/2008), environmental protection, urban planning, and design;
• Organizational, managerial, and analytical skills;
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with other plant departments.
