The Transfusion Ambassador role involves providing technical support for Transfusion customers, on Alinity instruments, GLP automation systems, and other products within the Abbott Transfusion solution.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical assistance on Alinity instruments at Transfusion sites.
• Establishing trusted relationships with Transfusion Customers.
• Supporting the Sales Team and managing contract implementation.
• Participating in a network of technical experts across Europe.
• Assisting Sales with customer business reviews.
• Managing inventories and orders to meet customer needs.
• Offering proactive support, including preventative maintenance and log analysis.
• Training customers onsite.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in medical, electrical, electronic, mechanical engineering, or medical technology.
• 3-5 years of biomedical device service support experience.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Strong product and industry knowledge (IVD).
• Understanding of stakeholder and customer dynamics.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and strategic account focus.
• Experience with analytics and software.
• Knowledge of NPS and KPIs.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Providing high-level technical support for Transfusion customers on Alinity and related systems.
• Supporting blood supply chain operations to ensure timely blood delivery and positive patient outcomes.
• Driving customer satisfaction in Transfusion accounts.
