This position will be based in Milan (Agrate Brianza) reporting to the Service Customer Success Senior Manager.
Ensures the execution and high quality level of the Technical Support Service with regard to the activities listed below. Carries out, when required, all activities related to Warehouse Outbound, Inbound and Return.

What will you be doing?
Service Administration
- Warehouse Management via SAP
- Administrative management of Medical Devices, repairs, customer returns, ensuring correct application of procedures
- Administrative contact with the European Repair Centre
- Drafting, dispatching and invoicing customers for technical service quotations/contracts
- Processing critical metrics of the business Service
Service
- Answers customer calls for technical assistance.
- Records the interventions carried out in the Service Management System- Organises the dispatch of replacement equipment via the Service Administration Specialist and the central warehouse- Ensures the correct application of procedures with regard to the receipt and registration of material, the correct passing of information to the Service Administration Specialist for the invoicing of products and the replacement of any parts, and the dispatch of the latter to the European Repair Centre.
- Checks the operating parameters of the technical assistance service
- Performs IEC safety tests on new supplies and demo equipment when vital and required
- Handles the service of Wound equipment (negative pressure therapy)
- Ensures the functionality of all incoming equipment (except new and reconditioned equipment unless specifically required).
- Field Service: Provides the necessary documentation for on-site interventions (repair, installation, testing and demonstration): IEC electrical safety tests when necessary and required, CE certificates, etc.
What will you need to be successful?
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
- Degree or equivalent experience in Electromedicine, Electrician or similar (hardware focus)
- Experience in a previous position (ideally in the medical device field)
- Knowledge of SAP programme
- Microsoft office
- Italian language and English at a high level crucial for the position
- Good communication, problem solving skills, customer orientation
