Our Technical Service Organisation currently has an open position for a Technical Service Engineer to join our team. We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in technical maintenance, calibration, validation, and repair of our laboratory portfolio. The geographical area of responsibility covers the entire national territory.

Are you ready to elevate your technical expertise? As a Technical Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our instruments are installed, repaired, calibrated, and validated both in-house and at customer sites. You will be the primary contact for processing customer requests, resolving technical issues, and handling inquiries. Your effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and sales reps will contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact and support the sales team in identifying solution-selling opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

We desire a dynamic individual with a High Technical / Professional School Qualification and over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A degree-level education is advantageous. Proficiency in technology platforms, including CRM tools, is essential. You should have strong technical and electronic knowledge, understanding of our products, services, and solutions, and familiarity with our operational processes and policies. Excellent verbal, written, and Microsoft Office skills are required. Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory, with additional languages considered a plus. You should be capable of working effectively within a matrix organization and possess outstanding interpersonal skills to interact comfortably with various clients and suppliers.
