Technical Service Engineer - Lombardy and Veneto

Location : Verona, Italy

Work Arrangement : Remote

As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be part of our technical service team in your assigned area in Italy, providing technical support to our local customers. This role offers an opportunity to develop your professional career in a highly professional environment with innovative equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Perform pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities.
• Conduct training sessions internally and externally as needed.
• Complete service reports accurately, including time confirmation, spare part usage, tasks performed, service product, fault/solution codes, installed base data maintenance (serial number, ink, counter value, functional location), reverse flow, billing block code, billing request confirmation.
• Actively promote and sell M-I service products to customers, improving application uptime and maximizing sales results, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to meet sales revenue targets and foster strong relationships.
• Travel to customer sites within your assigned area and occasionally nationally for training and meetings.

Requirements :

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• High proficiency in Italian; intermediate English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to follow procedures and plan time efficiently.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer.
• Strong technical assessment skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Networking, Vision cameras, or software capabilities.
• Knowledge of technical products, ideally including Markem-Imaje’s product range.
