Technical Service Engineer - Lombardy and Veneto

Location : Verona, Italy

Work Arrangement : Remote

As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be part of our technical service team in your assigned area in Italy, providing technical support to our local customers. You will have the opportunity to develop your professional career in a highly professional environment with innovative equipment.

What you will do :

1. Perform pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities.
2. Conduct training sessions internally and externally as needed.
3. Complete service reports accurately, including details such as time, spare parts, tasks, service products, fault/solution codes, installed base data, reverse flow, billing, and serial number management.
4. Actively promote and sell M-I service products to customers to improve application uptime and maximize sales, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with Sales teams to meet sales revenue targets and foster strong relationships.
6. Travel within your assigned area and occasionally nationally for training and meetings.

What you need to have :

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• High proficiency in Italian; intermediate English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to follow procedures and plan time effectively.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer.
• Ability to assess technical situations and advise proactively.
• Relevant certifications in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Networking, Vision cameras, or software.
• Expertise in technical products, preferably including Markem-Imaje’s product range.
