As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be part of our technical service team in your assigned area in Italy, providing technical support to our local customers. You will have opportunities to develop your professional career in a highly professional environment with innovative equipment.

What you will do :

  • Perform pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct training sessions internally and externally as needed.
  • Complete service reports accurately, including details on time, spare parts, tasks, service products, fault / solution codes, installed base data, reverse flow, billing blocks, and confirmation of billing requests.
  • Promote and sell M-I service products to customers, enhancing application uptime and maximizing sales results while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to meet revenue targets and foster strong relationships.
  • Travel within your assigned area and occasionally nationally for training and meetings.

What you need to have :

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High proficiency in Italian; intermediate English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to follow procedures and plan time effectively.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer.
  • Technical assessment skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications in Mechanical, Electrical / Electronics, Networking, Vision cameras, or software capabilities.
