Job Description:

As a Technical Service Engineer, you will:

• Perform pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities.
• Conduct training sessions internally and externally as needed.
• Complete service reports accurately, including details on time, spare parts, tasks, fault/solution codes, and maintenance data.
• Promote and sell M-I service products to customers, maximizing application uptime and sales results, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to meet revenue targets and foster strong relationships.
• Travel within your assigned area in Italy, with occasional national travel for training and meetings.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• High proficiency in Italian; intermediate English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to follow procedures and plan time efficiently.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer.
• Technical assessment skills and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
• Relevant certifications in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Networking, Vision cameras, or software.
• Knowledge of technical products, preferably Markem-Imaje’s range.
