Responsibilities

1. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the sales team.
2. Assist customers with fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email.
3. Analyze related data to improve data accuracy and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with other departments and promptly report product issues.
5. Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers.
6. Participate in industry conferences and events.
7. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

1. Background in science; a major in electrical engineering is preferred.
2. At least three years of relevant work experience; experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
3. Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, and strong resilience under pressure.
4. Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and good customer service awareness.
