Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the sales team.
  • Assist customers with fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email.
  • Analyze related data to improve data accuracy and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with other departments and report product issues in a timely manner.
  • Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers.
  • Attend industry conferences and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Background in science; major in electrical engineering is preferred.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience; experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus.
  • Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, and strong resilience under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good customer service awareness.
