A leading technical support company in Italy is seeking a candidate to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities and a background in electrical engineering. Candidates should have at least three years of experience, particularly in the renewable energy industry. You will assist customers, communicate product issues, and travel for on-site support and training.
