Isolgomma, a leader in acoustic and vibration isolation, seeks a Technical Sales Support Specialist for Albettone (VI), Italy. You will provide technical support to agents, customers and distributors in Italy and abroad, combining engineering insight with commercial sense.

You will collaborate with Marketing on launches, develop technical documents and trainings, and visit sites to offer on-site assistance, traveling nationally and internationally as needed.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) required.
• Previous experience in technical support preferred.
• Travel willingness to national and international destinations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to agents, customers, and distributors in Italy and abroad.

Isolgomma is looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team!

With over 50 years of experience and international recognition in acoustic insulation and vibration control, we are looking for someone who is passionate about innovation, sustainability, and teamwork.

Your role:

• Provide technical support to agents, customers, and distributors in Italy and abroad.
• Work closely with the Marketing Department, contributing technical expertise to content creation, new product launches, and the development of promotional materials.
• Develop technical documentation, solutions, and product certifications.
• Organise and deliver training events.
• Visit construction sites and design firms to provide on-site technical assistance.

What we\'re looking for:

• Solid knowledge of the basic principles of acoustics.
• Ability to work independently and willingness to travel autonomously, both nationally and internationally.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A problem-solving mindset and practical approach.
• Excellent command of the MS Office suite and graphic design/CAD software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
