CHINT PVSTAR, un leader mondiale nel settore del fotovoltaico, cerca un 'Technical Sales Engineer' per supportare tecnicamente le vendite prima, durante e dopo l'acquisto. Il candidato ideale ha esperienza nel settore fotovoltaico, capacità interpersonali eccezionali e una forte passione per il lavoro collaborativo. Sarà responsabile della formazione e del supporto tecnico, contribuendo al successo delle installazioni e al miglioramento continuo delle operazioni.

Competenze

• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nell'industria fotovoltaica.
• Proficienza in inglese e italiano.
• Comprensione dei principi operativi e dei processi di installazione.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto tecnico pre-vendita e formazione ai clienti.
• Offrire supporto durante l'installazione e risolvere problematiche post-vendita.
• Condurre seminari e workshop tecnici per installatori.

Descrizione del lavoro

• Understanding customer requirements and providing comprehensive pre-sales technical support.
• Collaborating with the sales team during client negotiations to address technical queries.
• Clarifying customers' technical issues in the project's early stages, including on-site technical surveys when necessary.
• Developing and refining pre-sales training materials, and delivering both online and offline technical training to clients.

During-Sales Technical Support :

• Enhancing training materials related to installation processes and providing relevant training to clients, both online and offline.
• Offering on-site guidance during installation as needed.

Post-Sales Technical Support :

• Promptly addressing technical quality issues raised in customer complaints.
• Resolving queries about product usage, maintenance, and replacement, including on-site support when necessary.
• Improving post-sales operation and maintenance training materials, and providing related training to customers, both online and offline.
• Strong willingness and capability to conduct technical workshops and seminars for installers, as well as to manage exhibition booths effectively.

Internal Technical Support :

• Providing technical and quality training to internal employees in Europe as required.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency both in English and Italy.
• Understanding of the operational principles, functions, installation processes, and knowledge of key products like photovoltaic storage systems, inverters, batteries, and brackets.
• At least 2 year of experience in the photovoltaic industry, preferably with practical experience in household photovoltaic storage systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong passion for cross-functional collaboration in support of the sales department
• Location requirement : 1-2 hours away from Bologna
