Un'organizzazione leader nel settore fotovoltaico cerca un Ingegnere Tecnico Commerciale a Como. La figura selezionata fornirà supporto tecnico ai clienti in tutte le fasi, dalle vendite all'installazione, e svilupperà materiali di formazione per garantire la qualità del servizio. È richiesta un'esperienza consolidata nel settore e ottime competenze interpersonali.

Competenze

  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel settore fotovoltaico.
  • Conoscenze in sistemi di stoccaggio fotovoltaico e processi di installazione.

Mansioni

  • Fornire supporto tecnico pre-vendita ai clienti.
  • Collaborare con il team di vendita durante le negoziazioni.
  • Gestire problemi tecnici e formare clienti e dipendenti.

Formazione

Diploma in ingegneria o campo tecnico correlato

Descrizione del lavoro

Understanding customer requirements and providing comprehensive pre-sales technical support.

Collaborating with the sales team during client negotiations to address technical queries.

Clarifying customers' technical issues in the project's early stages, including on-site technical surveys when necessary.

Developing and refining pre-sales training materials, and delivering both online and offline technical training to clients.

During-Sales Technical Support :

Enhancing training materials related to installation processes and providing relevant training to clients, both online and offline.

Offering on-site guidance during installation as needed.

Post-Sales Technical Support :

Promptly addressing technical quality issues raised in customer complaints.

Resolving queries about product usage, maintenance, and replacement, including on-site support when necessary.

Improving post-sales operation and maintenance training materials, and providing related training to customers, both online and offline.

Strong willingness and capability to conduct technical workshops and seminars for installers, as well as to manage exhibition booths effectively.

Internal Technical Support :

Providing technical and quality training to internal employees in Europe as required.

Qualifications :

Proficiency both in English and Italy.

Understanding of the operational principles, functions, installation processes, and knowledge of key products like photovoltaic storage systems, inverters, batteries, and brackets.

At least 2 year of experience in the photovoltaic industry, preferably with practical experience in household photovoltaic storage systems.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong passion for cross-functional collaboration in support of the sales department

Location requirement : 1-2 hours away from Bologna
