A leading company in rooftop photovoltaic solutions is seeking a Technical Support Specialist. The role involves providing comprehensive technical support throughout various stages of customer engagement, including pre-sales, during installation, and post-sales. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and at least 2 years of photovoltaic industry experience, with proficiency in both English and Italian.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, ideally with household systems.
• Strong technical understanding of photovoltaic systems.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support and training to clients.
• Address customer technical queries during sales and post-sales.

• Understanding customer requirements and providing comprehensive pre-sales technical support.
• Collaborating with the sales team during client negotiations to address technical queries.
• Clarifying customers' technical issues in the project's early stages, including on-site technical surveys when necessary.
• Developing and refining pre-sales training materials, and delivering both online and offline technical training to clients.

During-Sales Technical Support:

• Enhancing training materials related to installation processes and providing relevant training to clients, both online and offline.
• Offering on-site guidance during installation as needed.

Post-Sales Technical Support:

• Promptly addressing technical quality issues raised in customer complaints.
• Resolving queries about product usage, maintenance, and replacement, including on-site support when necessary.
• Improving post-sales operation and maintenance training materials, and providing related training to customers, both online and offline.
• Strong willingness and capability to conduct technical workshops and seminars for installers, as well as to manage exhibition booths effectively.

Internal Technical Support:

• Providing technical and quality training to internal employees in Europe as required.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency both in English and Italy.
• Understanding of the operational principles, functions, installation processes, and knowledge of key products like photovoltaic storage systems, inverters, batteries, and brackets.
• At least 2 year of experience in the photovoltaic industry, preferably with practical experience in household photovoltaic storage systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong passion for cross-functional collaboration in support of the sales department
• Location requirement: 1-2 hours away from Bologna
