Job Title: Technical Sales Support Person

Isolgomma, with over 50 years of experience in acoustic insulation and vibration control, is seeking a passionate Technical Sales Support Person to join our growing team. We are an internationally recognized company committed to innovation and sustainability.

Sector:

Acoustic and Vibration Insulation – Building | Industrial | Railway

Experience:

Some experience in technical support preferred

Education:

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or similar

Your Role:

1. Provide technical support to agents, clients, and distributors (Italy & abroad)
2. Develop technical documents, solutions, and product certifications
3. Support marketing with technical content and product launches
4. Organize and deliver training events
5. Visit construction sites and design firms for on-site support

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset & practical approach
• Willingness to travel (national/international)
• Proficiency with MS Office & graphic/CAD tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp...)
