Competenze

Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Your Role
The TSM we are seeking will deliver customer and internal organization technical support within a dedicated application/industry.

Responsibilities
The person in charge will be responsible for the following focal points:

  1. Gather market trends, competitors, and customer needs; deliver recommendations for customers.
  2. Create new opportunities with existing customers and prospects requiring highly technical support; initiate and follow up on sample/approval processes.
  3. Identify and prioritize opportunities by industry; qualify based on strategic fit, volume, profitability, and success probability.
  4. Support customers on-site with the introduction of new products; ensure technical success.
  5. Handover projects to the external Account Manager once they are commercialized.
  6. Collaborate with technical service managers and/or supplier technical departments to stay technically up-to-date.
  7. Keep technical documentation updated and accessible to the sales team; coordinate with product management, technical service, and regulatory affairs on documentation storage.
  8. Support sales pitches with local market knowledge.
  9. Build networks within industry associations and participate in application working groups.

Your Profile
Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in AS 400 and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to mediate sales requests with R&D processes.
  • A degree in Chemical Science (Bachelor or Master).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in R&D within a chemical, beauty, or care company.
