Vous serez responsable de la croissance des ventes en Lombardia, atteignant des objectifs stratégiques et optimisant l'assortiment. Competenze

  • 8-10 ans d'expérience pertinente en surveillance vidéo sécuritaire requise.
  • Parleur natif italien, fluide en anglais.

We are currently looking for
Technical Sales - Lombardia
Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic development and execution of planned business growth with select channels of distribution in Lombardia, incorporating channel strategies and pricing from Product & Sales Management directives.
  2. Proactive pursuit of new business with existing customers for new item assortment optimization and expansion, maximizing business.
  3. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  4. Analyze and review monthly sell-through reports; monitor trends to develop, adjust, and complete monthly sales forecasts.
  5. Develop and submit timely and accurate monthly customer sales forecasts, incorporating promotional planning and account strategies.
  6. Assist credit/AR in resolving chargebacks and address customer issues proactively.
  7. Develop and implement projects aligned with regional strategic and business goals.
  8. Gain insights into industry developments, discover valuable business opportunities, refine market strategies, and organize systematic market initiatives.
  9. Demonstrate products and provide basic product training on Dahua offerings.
Requirements:
  1. 8-10 years of relevant experience in Security Video Surveillance (mandatory).
  2. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  3. Native Italian speaker, fluent in English communication.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, Outlook.
  5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. Detail-oriented and organized.
  8. Ability to build strategic, long-term relationships and identify decision-makers and key staff support.
  9. Valid driver’s license.
