Un'importante azienda cerca un Technical Sales Engineer per la sua squadra in Europa centrale e occidentale. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea, con 5-10 anni di esperienza e la capacità di creare relazioni con clienti chiave nel settore dei refrigeratori commerciali. Sarà fondamentale la capacità di comunicazione eccellente e la gestione di più progetti, con opportunità di viaggio.

Competenze

We are searching for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team in a remote capacity, with the option to work from our Pordenone, Italy office if preferred.

Job Description :

  • Stay current with product launches or transitions to maintain up-to-date sales engagement programs, including both product and service-related support.
  • Develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, and establish customer rapport with products and services.
  • Work with all facets of the customer’s organization, including engineering, purchasing / sourcing, operations, product management, and quality representatives.
  • Provide customer information through presentations covering new products, project schedules, quality performance, and technical training.
  • Document market and customer findings and communicate the information back to the organization.
  • Support marketing efforts to evaluate market segment trends, monitor government regulatory activities, and solicit customer feedback.
  • Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs
  • Support all product and business promotional activities and participate in regional and international trade shows.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing OR R&D dept.
  • Familiar with Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products
  • Knowledge and understanding of compressor applications and regulations for Light Commercial markets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills (English and one of the European languages).
  • Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Frequent domestic travel with occasional international travel and weekend travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Prior work experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the Chinese language will be beneficial, but not required.
