Your mission

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity as a Technical Sales Distribution with us.

This is a Part-time position, 35hs weekly.

Being a Technical Sales Distribution is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks :

  • Training to distributors, installers, EPCs monthly on product solution / installation / commissioning / FAQ
  • Escalate sales blocks on product in time to local sales team and EU technical team, and broadcast the solution of sales blocks to customers in time once there is via training or statements
  • Visit key distributors, installers, EPCs monthly to collect sales blocks on product and new request for portfolio with the clear to-purchase volume
  • Study / Report of the local market size change for each portfolio sectors, and local competitor portfolio monthly
  • Study local new grid standard, renewable energy law, white labelling opportunity, and 3rd party EMS or battery compatibility opportunity
  • Check the sales forecast with local sales team monthly, especially whether the portfolio is correct and the forecast on each product is reasonable
Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s because it is essential for you to have :

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering or a similar background
  • A higher education qualification or business-related studies with technical counterparts
  • In the end, if you have dealt with the regenerative energy industry for approx. 2years, you are fit for this opportunity. Besides that, it would be amazing if you think of yourself like this :
  • Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and commercial skills
  • Passion, desire and motivation to succeed
  • Language requirements : Italian and English at least C1
  • Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
  • Attention to details. You're able to dive into the details and connect them through to the big picture of delivering an exceptional and brand-aligned experience
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM is a plus
