Job Description

ADP is hiring a Technical Recruiter on a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract (Starting July 1st, 2025)

Location: Can be based in Staines UK, Barcelona, Nanterre, Prague, Milan

Hybrid working – 3 days in office and 2 days from home

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll find, attract, screen, and hire for technical roles at ADP. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate engagement, assessment of candidate suitability and fit, managing the interview process, and closing/negotiating offers. Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to change lives and welcome top technical talent into the ADP family. This could include recruiting for SAP consultants, developers, software engineers, DevOps specialists, and product managers! WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities

  • Champion the Candidate & Hiring Leader Recruitment Experience. Execute recruiting initiatives, manage the active candidate pool, and ensure a positive candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction. Manage internal applicant and employee referral processes to ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Build Relationships throughout the Business. Act as a trusted advisor to the business, developing strong partnerships with leaders and advising them on the technical market, trends, and talent intelligence. Build and maintain partnerships with HR, Employer Brand & Marketing, and other groups.
  • Deliver Results. Achieve metrics such as cost per hire, time to fill, candidate quality, diversity, process adherence, and satisfaction. Focus on developing a diverse talent pipeline, especially at the executive level.
  • Leverage Tools and Resources. Use technology, tools, and resources to execute search strategies, find passive talent, and manage relationships with search partners. Support employer branding strategies, including social media and digital platforms.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

  • Experienced. 3+ years of proven results in recruiting technical roles, including SAP, software engineering, DevOps, and product management. Knowledge of candidate assessment, ATS, CRM, social media, and behavioral interview methodologies. Familiarity with local employment law and diversity tools.
  • Relationship Builder. Strong client relationship skills, including prioritization, feedback delivery, workflow management, consulting, negotiation, and influencing peers and leaders.
  • Organized Communicator. Ability to multitask, set priorities, manage deadlines, influence without authority, and adapt communication style to the audience.
