TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT / SOLE PROJECT MANAGER SUPPORT, Genoa

Location: Via Morego 30, 16163 Genova (GE)

Contract: Fixed-term, full-time

Your Team: You will work within a multidisciplinary group, collaborating with professionals from various backgrounds on research projects.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Support management and coordination of work orders and maintenance activities.
2. Assist in planning and designing projects.
3. Develop and manage project schedules.
4. Resolve project interferences and issues.
5. Contribute to drafting technical tender specifications and bills of quantities.
6. Verify project consistency and prepare technical and administrative documents.
7. Manage authorization processes and tender documentation.
8. Review documentation prepared by professionals and support project validation.
9. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring budget adherence.

Essential Requirements:

• Technical Degree or Diploma.
• Knowledge of building practices management.
• Understanding of Legislative Decree 36/23 and TU 81/08.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and bills of quantities.
• Experience in research centers or similar environments.
• Familiarity with MS Project and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of BIM.
• Experience supporting the Sole Project Manager or managing works and maintenance contracts.
• Deep understanding of public procurement regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to learn and improve.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams within an intercultural environment.
