Who we are looking for :
As a Technical Project Engineer, you will play a key role in Caracol’s Technical Office, focusing on the development and delivery of customized technical solutions for complex industrial projects. You will work closely with the R&D team to define layout configurations, produce detailed technical documentation, and support the full lifecycle of bespoke systems, from initial concept to on-site installation and commissioning. Your responsibilities will include translating customer-specific requirements into manufacturable and scalable solutions, managing technical interfaces with suppliers and production partners, and ensuring that each configuration meets Caracol’s standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation.
You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of internal workflows, technical standards, and documentation practices, supporting Caracol’s commitment to advanced manufacturing and custom industrial engineering.
