Technical Production Excellence Specialist (Fixed Term - 12 months)

The position
As Technical Production Excellent Specialist you will join our team and support the optimization of production processes in compliance with GMP regulations and company policies. You will play a key role in continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Main responsibilities will be to:

• Draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Master Batch Records to ensure the correct execution and documentation of production processes
• Manage CAPAs, Change Actions, and QCAs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in production
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional teams for the implementation of new processes and procedures
• Support the Operational Excellence function in improvement and optimization activities
• Provide support to Shift Supervisors in the use of systems, staff training, and work methods

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:

• Hold an academic degree in life sciences, engineering or other relevant subjects
• Have proven experience in a production/QA related role
• Have gained experience around aseptic production processes for the pharmaceutical industry
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

It will be seen as an advantage if you have had experience with the qualification/installation of new production lines.

On a personal level, you are well organized, good at problem solving and goal oriented. You possess great communication skills and are a team-player.

About The Department
The Technical Production Excellence is a team of around 30 young professionals that plays a key role in improving, optimizing and ensuring compliance in our manufacturing processes. We promote a collaborative working environment where we celebrate teamwork and continuous learning.

By joining this team, you will have the opportunity to manage critical documentation, including SOPs, Master Batch Records, Change Controls, and Work Instructions, to improve operational efficiency and quality. Additionally, we lead the digitalization of manufacturing processes and the implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to enhance productivity, traceability, and data-driven decision-making. Finally, you will take part in cross-functional projects related to new products, processes and manufacturing lines implementation.
