Job Responsibilities
- Analyse and summarise the sales status to support the creation of the BP sales plan in coordination with the Demand Planner.
- Conduct regular market and SWOT analyses on the responsible product category, including competitor products, prices, distribution channels, and promotional activities.
- Plan and coordinate price setting activities in coordination with the Marketing Manager, including the process and approval follow-up, as well as pricing implementation.
- Develop the business by creating the future product plan and by introducing new products to the markets. Work closely with key customers, management, and the factory marketing/product planning team.
- Develop training content and materials for the assigned product range for internal and external training.
- Create and coordinate sales plans by product category and distribution strategy, keeping up-to-date with market practices and trends.
- Follow and stay informed about local legal regulations and funding opportunities to incorporate into the product strategy.
- Manage the product lifecycle and provide regular lifecycle reports.
- Create technical documentation, certifications, and technical databases, adapting centrally provided materials to the local market.
- Support the Marketing Communications team by providing technical information and content for PR materials.
- Assist in implementing marketing activities such as sell-out/sell-in campaigns, promotions, trade fairs, Reps meetings, catalogs, marketing materials, PR, mockups, and advertisements.
Qualifications
- Relevant university degree (Economics or Engineering) with a focus on marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar business function.
- Strong command of English.
- Proficiency in planning, analytical, or conceptual principles and techniques.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- Ability to analyze technical data to support management decisions.
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations relevant to the business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, innovative, driven, and flexible.
