The key mission of the candidate is to increase the top line and market share of the SiC MOSFET BU by defining the appropriate product roadmap and leading the design-in activities with key customers for both automotive and industrial domains.

Profile

The candidate should exhibit:

1. A good technical background in Power transistors devices, preferably related to the wide bandgap SiC MOSFET technology;
2. Knowledge of relevant key applications (automotive & industrial) involving SiC MOSFET devices (Traction Inverter, on-board charger, Power supply, Solar Inverter, etc.);
3. Excellent communication skills and a strong ability for teamwork;
4. A problem-solving attitude and the ability to work and manage complex situations.
