Nearform in Italy seeks a Technical Lead to guide software engineering teams and translate client requirements into scalable, high-quality applications across JavaScript or Python stacks.

You will own delivery, drive architecture decisions for security and performance, and collaborate with clients and leadership to ensure successful outcomes. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, agile practices, and mentorship with a focus on DevOps and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Competenze

• Significant software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proficient in JavaScript or Python.
• Experience working directly with clients to translate requirements into technical work.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and design patterns.
• Knowledge of test-driven development and testing best practices.
• Proficient with Git and modern CI/CD.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of GDPR and related privacy considerations.
