We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with expertise in electrical system design, inspection, testing, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a proven track record of designing and improving electrical system maintenance programs and policies, creating roadmaps for the standardization and centralization of installation, commissioning, and inspection processes, and analyzing trends in electrical system reports and audit findings related to electrical risks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Use electrical distribution expertise to develop programs, projects, and network initiatives.
2. Provide subject matter expertise in electrical distribution, including protective relaying, switchgear, power transformers, power quality, complex electrical design and retrofits, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance.
3. Support annual budgeting cycles and planning.
4. Develop and improve maintenance programs and policies for electrical systems at warehouse locations, ensuring compliance with local codes and global standards.
5. Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications.
6. Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications.
7. Support operations, construction, and other relevant departments with electrical engineering expertise.
8. Audit electrical systems to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
9. Monitor trends in electrical system maintenance reports and escalate issues to drive improvements or immediate corrective actions.
10. Develop and improve installation, commissioning, and inspection processes, including audit practices.
11. Provide 24x7 support for network emergency electrical needs.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in power distribution systems as an operational, maintenance, or projects engineer
- Proficiency with electrical engineering software
- Knowledge of electrical automation processes
- Experience in operational maintenance roles
- Experience managing electrical programs at scale
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing programs across Europe
- Professional Engineering certifications
- Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot power distribution systems
- Strong project and team management skills
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot as needed
