A creative studio is seeking a Technical Director & Pipeline Supervisor to oversee the production pipeline and coordinate workflows in immersive shows. The ideal candidate has proven experience in CGI and is proficient in Cinema 4D, Houdini, and Unreal Engine. This role involves ensuring smooth asset integration and optimization across immersive environments. Fully remote candidates are welcome.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Technical Director / Pipeline Supervisor in CGI, VFX, immersive, or real-time productions.
• Generalist profile with strong fluency in Cinema 4D, Houdini, and Unreal Engine.
• Comfortable with scripting/coding (Python, C++/Blueprints, GLSL or similar) to customize and optimize workflows.

We are seeking aTechnical Director & Pipeline Supervisorto join us and shape the technical backbone of selected immersive productions. This role is central in bridging creativity and technology, ensuring that ambitious ideas translate into seamless visual worlds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the production pipeline, from asset creation to real-time and render outputs.
• Coordinate workflows across departments: 3D, animation, compositing, development, sound, and beyond.
• Handle integration of diverse content types, including particle effects, parallax, architectural reconstructions, and AI-generated elements.
• Ensure optimization so that assets run smoothly across immersive environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Director / Pipeline Supervisor in CGI, VFX, immersive, or real-time productions.
• Generalist profile with strong fluency in Cinema 4D, Houdini, and Unreal Engine.
• Comfortable with scripting/coding (Python, C++/Blueprints, GLSL or similar) to customize and optimize workflows.
• Solid understanding of pipeline integration, asset management, and technical problem-solving in cross-disciplinary teams.
• Background in immersive, large-scale, or interactive productions is a strong advantage.

Contract

Freelance / Consultant. Europe-based candidates preferred. Full Remote is also possible.
