Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea magistrale in ingegneria e richiede almeno cinque anni di esperienza in ruoli simili con forte capacità di leadership e gestione di progetti complessi. Offerta

The Production Director will have the following responsibilities:

• Define and implement growth and development strategies for the business unit.
• Ensure the achievement of shared targets by managing the Engineering, Energy, and Operations divisions.
• Coordinate and optimize the activities of the Engineering, Energy, and Operations divisions.
• Ensure the energy efficiency and sustainability of managed buildings.
• Manage the budget and ensure the achievement of economic objectives.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in services offered.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team and interface with clients and stakeholders.
• Motivate and grow the team.

Competenze ed esperienza

• Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least five years of experience in a similar role.
• Qualifications to fulfill the role of Technical Manager under DM 37/2008.
• Any qualifications required for the role of Technical Management Supervisor under DM 274/97.
• Proven leadership and authority skills, acquired through managerial roles.
• Previous experience in managing complex facility management and engineering projects.
• Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• EGE certification is preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language.
