Technical Customer Support - Apprenticeship

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Customer Support apprentice to join our Customer Care team in Casalecchio di Reno (BO).

This role involves assisting throughout the sales process, from initial stages to post-sales support, working closely with internal teams and customers to gain practical experience in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Pre-Sales Support : Assisting with technical studies and customer support during early sales stages.
  • Pricing Support : Preparing quotes and ensuring pricing aligns with customer needs and standards.
  • Post-Sales Support : Supporting customers post-sale, managing updates, and addressing inquiries and issues.
  • Customer Communication : Maintaining good relationships and addressing customer needs.
  • Coordination with Plant : Communicating with production to ensure timely delivery.
  • Data and Reporting : Analyzing data using Excel and creating reports to enhance support processes.

Qualifications and skills required :

  • Interest in data analysis and proficiency in Excel .
  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Engineering , Business , Economics , or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
