Thales in Gorgonzola, Italy, seeks a Technical Consultant to join our teams delivering secure identity and data protection solutions. You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to secure digital lives for millions of users and organizations.

You will participate in pre-sales, deployment, and maintenance activities, manage product lifecycles from requirements to deployment, and develop precise technical specifications for customer needs.

Competenze

• Proficient in technical support, project management, and integration.
• Solid experience in smart cards, system deployment/validation, and maintenance support.
• Bachelor-level preferred education and strong academic background.
• Fluency in English required for global collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1–5 years of relevant field experience (smartcards, embedded software or services).

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• To do this job, you must be proficient in technical support, project management, and integration, Solid working experience in smart cards, system deployment/validation, administration and maintenance support.
• We would appreciate if you had a Business School Degree.
• You need to be fluent in English
• We would like someone to join our team who is a good verbal and writing communicator, customer and business oriented, organized, autonomous, rigorous, works well under pressure, team player, good interpersonal skills, creative, analytical thinker, problem-solver, positive attitude.
• You need to have a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related.
• We are looking for someone with 1 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field (preferably Smartcard, Embedded Software or Services provider background, Telecom or Secure Transactions area) or equivalent experience within THALES.
